These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of B777 Question Bank ("the App"), published by Karahan Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
The App is an independent study aid for personal training and familiarization only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Boeing Company or any airline or operator. All names and designations are used for descriptive, educational purposes.
The content is provided for reference and study and must not be used for actual flight operations. Always verify against current official documentation (FCOM, QRH, AFM) and your operator's approved procedures. You are solely responsible for compliance with your operator's Standard Operating Procedures and applicable regulations.
The App offers optional purchases processed by Apple:
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and are managed through Apple, not by us.
You may restore previous purchases on the same Apple Account using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where Apple's terms or mandatory local consumer laws apply.
